Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We do not offer returns on sizes or colors, you can find the exact dimension of each size in the description of each product.
In case of a mistake or problematic product, write us an e-mail letting us know about the issue (remember to attach pictures of the item). We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
