Refund policy


Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense, in other cases, the customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for the returning item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

To complete your return you must send us an email, writing the reason for returning. We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
